The Multiple Learning Needs (MLN) model serves students with an emphasis on students achieving her or his highest levels of independence.  An explicit instructional approach to lesson design and delivery, grounded in evidence-based methods from the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, and education, is provided to support students to learn, maintain, and apply taught material independently across generalized settings.  Academic content is aligned to standards and adaptive instruction is delivered across the areas of social skills, job readiness and career awareness, community skills, and daily living skills facilitated through teaching occurring at school, in community jobsites, and in the community.
